BD78310EFJ-Mは車載向けに開発したAB級モノラルスピーカアンプです。AB級スピーカアンプのため不要輻射ノイズの心配がなく、またパワーパッケージHTSOP-J8を採用することによりハイパワー出力を実現しました。無信号時回路電流が小さく待機電力が少ないため、バッテリーの負担を軽減できます。また、シャットダウン電流も0.1μA(Typ)と非常に小さく、かつシャットダウン切替え時ポップ音が非常に小さいのでシャットダウンとアクティブを繰り返す用途にも適しています。
生産効率向上を目的とした生産ラインを変更した機種 「BD78310UEFJ-M」 を、新規のご採用時に推奨します。なお、データシート内の保証特性に差異はありません。

EV2W_LCM-EVK-A05 is the reference design that uses ROHM automotive LED drivers for EV Two Wheelers (TW) lighting application. The solution is integrated with Speech IC Acoustic Vehicle Alert System (AVAS). Devices used in the design are automotive grade. The reference board will enable users test operation and evaluate performance characteristics of the Head Lamp, DRL Driver (BD18354MUF), Tail Lamp Driver (BD18347AEFV), Turn Indicator Driver (BD18327EFV), Animation LED Driver (BD18333EUV) for automotive lighting applications.
