REFLD002 - Reference Design
LiDAR向けハイパワーレーザーダイオード高速駆動EcoGaN™ 及び高速Gate Driver
LiDARセンサの用途は、車の自動運転のみならず、産業用途、インフラ用途に大きく広がっています。LiDARセンサには、センシング距離の延伸、高分解能が求められ、レーザーダイオードの特性向上の他に、より高速にハイパワーでレーザーダイオードを駆動する事が必要です。ロームは、905nm, ハイパワー狭発光幅レーザーダイオードをラインアップ。(RLD90QZWxシリーズ)また、高速駆動が可能な次世代デバイスEcoGaN™及び、GaN HEMT用高速ゲートドライバを含めたリファレンスデザインとして提供し、LiDARセンサの特性向上(距離、分解能)に貢献します。
